- Appropriate space analysis & Planning of deferent department.
- Evaluate and implement all internationally recommended and required standard facilities.
- Providing all types of designs related to fire safety issues.
Approval Drawings:
The Consultant will prepare all the necessary drawings for the approval of respective authority.
Submission of Working Drawings:
Based on the understanding and approval of the conceptual design, the architect will submit necessary drawings required for the proper understanding of the project to the project owner.

- Contents of the project.
- Basic layout plan.
- Each floor working plan.
- Detail elevations.
- Detail sections.
- Service area like lift , stair, toilet & kitchen details.
